Last June, we had a styling homework titled "7 Days of Fashion" which we were given a theme for each outfit. We are supposed to upload it on Instagram and tag our prof, Ms. Raizel Dy. I did have a hard time with this homework because first, I don't know where I could get a shot of beachwear and formal event. But because we're supposed to pass it that week, I just let my sister who is also a photographer to take good shots na lang regardless of the place. And of course, thanks also for the help of my cousin, Ube Rostata. So here is my 7 days of fashion outfits.

1) Beach wear

2) Concert

3) Casual

4) Date Night

5) Formal

6) Fashion Event

7) Meeting

And of course, the rejected OOTDs. Did you really think it was easy looking pretty in those shots? Ha ha ha. You're wrong. Here is a collage of some of my "behind-the-scenes" poses during those photoshoots.

Our first styling photoshoot as a class! Yay! This was last last Saturday. Our theme for this shoot was "Animal Print" hence the title. We are given two layouts per stylist and this is what my layouts look like. Obviously, the animal print I chose was the cow print. I was supposed to style a peacock dress by fashion designer Sir Eric Delos Santos, but our prof said that our peg for this shoot would be more of blacks and whites so there. Below are some of the shots by Francisco Guibani.

We started at 1pm or 2pm and ended almost 6pm that day. We had 8 layouts for these shoot. Grabe! Thank you to the fashion photography class and to our mentor, Ms. Raizel Dy.

I also edited a magazine cover for this photoshoot just for fun :)

Happy shopping sisters!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! It's been a while since I last posted in this blog. (Sorry for that haha) this was supposed to be posted before 2014 ended but things just got crazy so yeah, better late than never right? Anyway, about this shoot... This wasn't really my first time to shoot for an OOTD. (I do that to my sister most of the time haha) but this was my first time to really conduct a photo shoot just to showcase an outfit.

Everything was planned overnight. I just asked my high school friend, the model in the pictures, to pose for me because I wanted to practice my photography skills while I was on vacation. I just thought to myself, maybe it's time to become productive before the year ends. I spent so many days being lazy and just do what I want to do, so I finally decided to do a personal project. If there's one thing I learned from my first year in an art school, it's that nobody can help you become a better artist than yourself.

Before editing the photos, I never really thought of a theme for it but as I was editing it, it seemed like a vintage-kind of photo shoot for me so I decided to give it a vintage look, having less contrast and a yellow-ish color. So that's about it! I'm really aiming to have more shoots this year so I hope that you'll stay tuned for that. ;)
I would really like to thank my friend, Kenneth Dadulo, for saying "yes" so quickly and for feeding me. hahaha!

So here I am again with another outfit post. Yay! Sorry if we haven't been posting here at TVS. We've been busy lately but hey, at least we are here again, back to blogging :) So, you guys might wonder what we have been to. Well, as for me I was busy attending to a lot of job interview last July and thank God I am currently working at an advertising agency as a graphic artist. But on November, I'll be moving to a more corporate business at Alabang. To all the Alabang peeps reading this post, hope to see you around Alabang area! :)

So what's up with my outfit? It's a "happy birthday to me" outfit! Yay! Yes, I just turned 21 last October 16 :) But I didn't wore this dress on my birthday. This is what I wore on my birthday, click here. Anyway, me and my friend Mara, had this outfit shot at Portofino South along Daang Hari for their clothing line business, the A4 Tailoring. This is one of their products which eventually Mara just gave to me as a birthday gift because I really, really like the fit and color. A4 Tailoring creates a wide variety of apparels such as casual, corporate and a lot more. You can contact them thru Facebook or just email them at maraurbiztondo@gmail.com :)
